PE-Cy®7 Antibody Conjugates

Enhance your flow cytometry experiments with PE-Cy®7 conjugates, offering exceptional brightness and far-red emission for minimal background interference. Compatible with widely available laser lines, PE-Cy®7 provides a strong signal that excels in multicolor panels by reducing spectral overlap with fluorophores in the visible spectrum.

Applications in Research

PE-Cy®7 is an ideal fluorophore for flow cytometry and immunophenotyping applications. Its far-red emission and exceptional brightness allow for high-sensitivity target detection with minimal spectral overlap.

  • Target low-abundance markers or rare cell populations by leveraging PE’s brightness with Cy7’s far-red emission.
  • PE-Cy®7 harnesses energy transfer between PE and Cy®7, maximizing laser compatibility and allowing the analysis of additional markers in high-dimensional experiments.
  • Equally bright as PE conjugates, PE-Cyanine7 can be used alongside green, orange, and far-red fluorochromes, minimizing compensation adjustments in multicolor panels.
  • Due to its susceptibility to photo-induced degradation, care must be taken to avoid photobleaching.

PE-Cy®7 is broadly compatible with varied detection systems, laser lines, and filter sets, making it suitable for multiplexed applications such as:
