We understand how important it is to work with products that are specific and consistently reliable. To ensure product performance, we validate all CST® antibodies, assay kits, and reagents to ensure optimal performance in the approved applications shown on our product web pages. If a product does not perform in your experiment as described on our website or datasheet using the recommended protocol, please contact your local CST office or authorized distributor within 12 months of product receipt. After you complete a technical support form detailing the performance issue, our expert scientists will contact you to consult and troubleshoot. If the issue has not been resolved after consultation with a CST Technical Support Scientist, CST will confirm and approve a replacement of the antibody at no cost, or provide you with a credit.* This guarantee is valid only for off-the-shelf products purchased directly from CST or one of our authorized distributors.

Guarantee applies to catalog or off-the-shelf orders of stand-alone antibodies, PhosphoPlus® Antibody Duets, Antibody Sampler Kits, cellular assay kits, ELISA kits, and workflow support reagents. Unless otherwise noted, additional product lines, including but not limited to SignalStar® mIHC and InTraSeq™ single cell analysis, as well as custom orders are excluded. Guarantee applies only when CST-recommended protocols are used and storage conditions are followed. Guarantee applies only when samples derived from species listed on product-specific web pages, print material, or datasheets are used. Species enclosed in parentheses are predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology and are not supported by the guarantee. Product usage shown in citations listed on the product web pages are for reference only and are not covered under the Guarantee. Guarantee only valid for products purchased directly from CST or one of our authorized distributors. To request a replacement or credit, please contact your local regional office or Technical Support within 12 months of receipt of the product. In the event that the issue is not resolved following completion of the technical support form and follow-up discussion and troubleshooting with the CST product scientist, any product replacement or credit must be authorized by the product scientist. The guarantee does not apply to non-catalog orders including custom or bulk orders. Authorized credit corresponds to the product purchase price. In rare cases, product availability may limit replacement. When possible, an alternate product will be offered.
