PE-Cy®5 Antibody Conjugates

Take advantage of the superior brightness and far-red emission of PE-Cy®5 conjugates to optimize your experimental workflows. As one of the brightest fluorophores available, it is particularly useful for labeling low-abundance targets in multiplexed flow cytometry assays. While sensitive to photobleaching, PE-Cy®5 excels in experimental setups requiring a strong signal where exposure to light is brief.

Applications in Research

PE-Cy®5 can be a powerful tool for your research when deployed in various experimental setups and is an optimum choice when:

  • Conjugated to antibodies to identify specific immune cells (i.e. CD3, CD4, CD8, and CD19), making it ideal for detecting rare or low-abundance markers within a population.
  • Used in multicolor experiments when precise detection and minimal background interference are required.
  • Versatility is needed to provide a bright signal in applications using standard laser lines and commonly used fluors like FITC, PE, and APC.

PE-Cy®5 is best deployed in multiplexed flow cytometry workflows but can be suitable for a range of applications:

CD45R/B220 (RA3-6B2) Rat mAb (PE-Cy5® Conjugate)

Perform live cell sorting with precision
