Alexa Fluor® 555 Conjugated CST® Antibodies
Achieve clear separation from far-red, green, and UV fluorophores with Alexa Fluor 555 antibody conjugates. It attaches easily to antibodies, peptides, and other biomolecules and is compatible with the standard 532 and 561 nm laser lines. With reduced background noise and high photostability, Alexa Fluor 555 is an excellent choice for imaging experiments requiring long exposure times.

The Alexa Fluor 555 excitation spectrum is shown as the dashed yellow line, with excitation achievable using either the 488 or 532 nm laser lines. With an emission maximum of 568 nm (solid yellow), Alexa Fluor 555 can easily be used in tandem with violet, blue, green, red, and far-red or NIR fluors. For multiplexed labeling experiments, selecting antibodies conjugated to fluorophores with limited excitation and/or emission overlap yields the best results.
