    Product Description

    This Cell Signaling Technology® antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye under optimal conditions and formulated at 1.5 mg/mL.

    Product Usage Information

    The optimal dilution of the anti-species antibody should be determined for each primary antibody by titration. However, a final dilution of 1:500 – 1:2,000 should yield acceptable results for immunofluorescent assays.

    Storage

    Supplied lyophilized with a formulation of 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M sodium chloride (pH 7.6), 15 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% azide at 4ºC. If not clear, rehydrate with 1.1 mL dH2O and centrifuge. The product is stable for six weeks at 4ºC as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage, aliquot and freeze at -80ºC, or add an equal volume of glycerol (ACS grade or better) to a final concentration of 50% and store at -20ºC. Solutions should be used within 12 months. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Protect from light.

    Goat Anti-Feline IgG (H+L) Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) reacts with whole molecule feline IgG. This antibody conjugate also reacts with the light chains of other feline immunoglobulins and may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species; however, it does not react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins.

    Background

    This product is optimized for use as a secondary antibody in immunofluorescent applications. Fluorescent anti-species IgG conjugates are ideal for immunofluorescence. Cell Signaling Technology applies strict quality control procedures to ensure that each conjugate provides optimal specificity and fluorescence.
